Position Title: Warehouse Keeper
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Schedule may vary based on operational requirements,
including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35, Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, security, and organization of the company's warehouse operations. This role oversees the receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation of company assets, office supplies, and inventory while ensuring compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures. The Warehouse Keeper works closely with Procurement, Asset Control, and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels, process warehouse transactions, and support efficient business operations.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records for all inventory transactions, including the deployment and receiving of company assets.
Receive, inspect, and verify all deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure quantity, quality, and specifications are correct.
Screen incoming deliveries and report any defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Procurement team for immediate resolution.
Issue materials, equipment, and office supplies to departments based on approved requests while maintaining proper documentation.
Verify and prepare materials and supplies requested by different departments before releasing them.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock margins for general warehouse and storeroom supplies.
Initiate Purchase Requests (PR) when inventory reaches the minimum stock level to prevent shortages.
Prepare and submit detailed inventory usage reports, departmental charge reports, and warehouse transaction reports for internal and client billing purposes.
Prepare requisitions for office supplies, consumables, and warehouse materials as required.
Coordinate with the Procurement Team and Asset Controller regarding Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA), warranty claims, repairs, and replacement of defective equipment.
Ensure all company assets are properly tagged, recorded, and monitored to maintain accurate asset accountability.
Receive, store, organize, and maintain pull-out stocks, returned items, and warehouse inventory.
Prepare Receiving Reports, inventory reconciliation reports, and liquidation reports accurately and on time.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in monthly and annual inventory audits.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with 5S and workplace safety standards.
Ensure warehouse security by safeguarding company assets and restricting unauthorized access.
Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned by management.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Proficient in preparing reports, inventory records, and documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
Driving skills with a valid driver's license are an advantage.
