Job Overview
- Support the execution and coordination of fieldwork activities for primary market research projects.
- Assist in ensuring smooth data collection and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Essential Functions
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day fieldwork activities across projects
- Support onboarding and basic training of field investigators/interviewers
- Allocate survey tasks and track interviewer progress
- Monitor fieldwork status and escalate issues to the supervisor
- Ensure adherence to defined sampling plans and survey guidelines
- Conduct basic quality checks (spot checks, back-check calls, validations)
- Maintain fieldwork trackers, schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate logistics such as interviews, permissions, and material distribution
- Provide on-ground or remote support to field teams for issue resolution
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent Req
• Three (3) years experience in medical market research with emphasis in outbound business-to-business market research, primarily telephone and/or in-person market research with physicians or other medical personnel. Req
• Proficient in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc).
• Good persuasive oral communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
