Job Summary
We’re looking for a Content Marketing - Graphic Designer to join our Genlyte Solutions Marcom & Digital Production Team based out of Pune. In this role you will work closely with the Marcom project managers, Channel Marketing and Product Management team.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Edit existing documentation such as product spec sheets, bulletins, brochures, and various sell-sheets (source file produced in Adobe InDesign)
- Maintain quarterly product catalogs and category product selection guides updates (produced in Adobe InDesign) i.e. Stock ready, Design ready, etc.
- Produce and resize static images for virtual training presentation use, newsletters, social media and other webpage platforms.
- Edit existing POS banner graphics, as needed
- Project: Rebrand documentation backlog for Interact and Dynalite collaterals
(source file produced in Adobe InDesign) - Project: Translate outstanding English documentation to French with 3rd party service (source file produced in Adobe InDesign)
Critical Experiences
- 3+ years’ experience in layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other fundamentals of graphic design.
- Advance Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) experience
- Experience with Adobe Firefly and Nitro PDF editing a plus.

- Highly organized, excellent attention to detail, and can work in a fast-paced,
deadline driven environment - Self-motivated to deliver quality work.
- Excellent communication skills; response time and written details.
