Truck Driver (C1+E)

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Tow Truck Driver to provide roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. The successful candidate will respond to vehicle breakdowns and accidents, perform basic roadside repairs, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance and towing requests.
• Assess vehicle issues and perform basic roadside diagnostics.
• Carry out minor repairs, jump-starts, and tyre changes.
• Safely load and transport vehicles to the requested destination.
• Provide professional assistance and advice to customers.
• Complete job documentation and related paperwork accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the tow truck.
• Handle cash collections and submit required reports.

Requirements

• Good automotive knowledge and practical mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with the Maltese road network.
• Valid C1+E driving licence.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and on-call schedules.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write in English and Maltese.
• Previous experience in towing, roadside assistance, or a similar role will be considered an asset.
• Depending on experience |+ Shift allowances and performance-based commissions.
