Description
- Team Leader — Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Role summary Lead a team of conversion and retention agents for a regulated brokerage, ensuring compliance, performance, coaching and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations: targets, schedules, QA, coaching, and 1:1 performance management.
- Ensure strict compliance with KYC/AML, responsible trading, and regulatory procedures; liaise with compliance and risk teams.
- Drive KPI achievement (funded accounts, trading volume, retention, NPS), analyze metrics and implement improvements.
- Handle escalations involving margin calls, account disputes, withdrawals, and suspicious activity.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years supervisory experience in a regulated brokerage or trading contact center (FX/CFD/crypto) with managerial track record.
- Fluent Spanish or Portuguese; strong English.
- Deep knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5/proprietary), payments, KYC/AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership, reporting, WFM and QA experience.
