Are you fluent in Dutch with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to digital safety? We are seeking vigilant and analytical team members to join our content moderation operations in vibrant Lisbon, Portugal.

In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe online environment for Dutch-speaking digital communities. You will review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content for a global social media and interactive platform to ensure compliance with community standards. Full relocation support—including provided accommodation—is available to ensure a smooth transition to Lisbon!

The Role

• Content Review & Analysis: Review user-generated content (video, text, images, and audio) in Dutch against platform policies, local guidelines, and community safety protocols.
• Policy Enforcement: Make sound, efficient decisions to approve, flag, or remove non-compliant content and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
• Digital Integrity & Safety: Assist in identifying online trends, policy evasion tactics, or harmful behavior patterns to keep digital spaces safe and inclusive.
• Data Logging: Maintain structured and accurate records of reviewed content and moderation outcomes using internal tracking tools.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work Model: Modern Office-based setup in Lisbon.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) with fluent working proficiency in English (B2).

• Resilience & Mindset: Strong emotional resilience, objectivity, and sound judgment when viewing sensitive digital content.
