Summary:

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist on a fixed term contract for 6 months to join the Global Business Services (GBS) team. The role requires a basic understanding of HR processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an HR operations documentation project, supporting the audit of existing employee records and identifying gaps or missing documents.
  • Remediate documentation gaps by collecting, scanning, and uploading relevant materials into the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Review employee files to confirm compliance with Singapore labor law requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to clarify documentation needs, gather missing information, and support successful project delivery.
  • Maintain well-organized records and logs of audit findings, remediation actions, and document uploads.
  • Ensure confidential handling and secure storage of employee data throughout the project.
  • Assist in preparing reports and progress updates for project leadership and management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and employment regulations.
  • Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a shared services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
  • Good organizational and data management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
