Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive with strong knowledge of European truck spare parts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in aftermarket spare parts sales, customer relationship management, and business development within the commercial vehicle sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, workshops, fleet owners, and spare parts dealers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the UAE and international markets.
- Promote and sell European truck spare parts, including components for brands such as Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, DAF, Iveco, and Renault Trucks.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable spare parts solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals to achieve targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in European truck spare parts sales is required.
- Strong product knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts and aftermarket products.
- Experience dealing with workshops, fleet companies, distributors, and spare parts traders.
- Good understanding of the UAE automotive spare parts market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
- Experience with international markets (especially Africa/export markets) is an advantage
