Description
- Responsible for supplier technical evaluation, qualification, and development activities.
- Provide technical expertise during supplier selection.
- Drive supplier capability improvements.
- Support quality and reliability initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure suppliers meet business and engineering requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications, or a related field
- Familiar with the full hardware development process (Design → Verification → Validation)
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- High-speed signal design (Signal Integrity)
- Power design (Power Integrity / PMIC)
- PCB layout and SI/PI analysis
- Semiconductor testing or ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) architecture
- Proficient with related design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Allegro, ADS, HFSS)
- Strong hardware debugging and issue analysis skills
- System integration experience is a plus
- Intermediate or above proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment
- Experience in Semiconductor Packaging and Testing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good teamwork and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
