Job Description:

• Legal: Carry out routine support tasks using legal systems and protocols. Case investigation and draft legal documents. Analyzes options for legal issues. Prepares pleadings.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
• Research: Conduct legal research to support legal teams. Analyze and draft contracts. Support others by carrying out a range of research activities.
• Data Management: Evaluate concrete facts of a special case. Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.
• Document Preparation: Prepare, manage and organize legal documents and files, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible. Review legal documentation to assess the compliance with agreed terms and operational imperatives.
• Communications: Collaborates in the drafting of communications on legal updates that impact the Affiliate.
• Relationship Management: Address all Know Your Client (KYC) inquiries in a timely manner. Help manage internal client relationships by carrying out simple procedural tasks.
• Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
