Printing Press Operator (Flexographic or Digital) | $18-$30/hr
Location: Henderson, NV
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM (Four 10-hour shifts)
Job Summary
We're hiring experienced Printing Press Operators for our Henderson, NV facility. We are seeking candidates with Flexographic Printing or Digital Printing experience who are looking to join a growing manufacturing team. Candidates with experience operating industrial printing equipment, adjusting print quality, troubleshooting machinery, and maintaining production standards are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate Flexographic or Digital printing equipment.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor print jobs for quality and efficiency.
- Perform quality inspections throughout production.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and print quality issues.
- Complete machine changeovers and routine maintenance.
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records.
Qualifications
- Previous Flexographic or Digital Printing experience required.
- Experience operating industrial printing presses.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Manufacturing or production environment experience.
- Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
