M26 - Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are executed to meet identified business needs and outcomes within agreed parameters of cost, duration, resources, and quality.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews.
• Partner with Product Managers to run sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
• Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct and support thorough system, user, and security testing prior to release.
• Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
• Provide product support and work with Product and Engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs.
• Identify potential project risks and their implications to the organisation, and recommend mitigation measures and remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance adherence and support audit activities for IT platforms and systems.
• Demonstrate strong leadership by providing professional guidance and appropriate support to project teams, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
• End-to-end experience working with Product teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing.
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, with the ability to follow through on tasks until completion.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, while prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are an advantage.
• A degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Experience with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is an advantage.
