Summary
Operations Manager in Newburgh plays a vital role in leading our care coordination efforts. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage care coordination programs to ensure effective service delivery.
- Supervise and support care team staff, fostering a collaborative and compassionate work environment.
- Develop and implement program strategies that meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- Oversee administrative functions including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

- Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven management and supervisory experience within healthcare or social services.
- Strong background in program development and implementation.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated administrative expertise including budgeting.
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices.
- Ability to lead a diverse team with compassion and professionalism.
- Relevant experience in community-based health services is highly preferred.
