Job Summary
The Full Cycle, Supply Chain Analyst Co-op will take part in projects related to developing, enhancing and implementing new processes and data collections methodologies within the Supply Chain. The student will get exposure learning how to develop processes from front to back when building dashboards, reports and analysis for stakeholders across the Supply Chain. It’s an exciting role for a student who wants to learn the entirety of the Supply Chain from Product Lifecycle Management to Production Planning & Distribution to Internal Logistics & Transportation to Environmental Sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Team to identify Key Performance Indicators and determine effective data collection methodologies
- Understand stakeholder requirements pain points and desired insights
- Analyze clean and validate datasets to improve data quality
- Build Power BI dashboards that present data clearly and concisely
- Assist with process automation using Power Query macros and AI tools
- Support the publishing maintenance and enhancement of dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with the IT Team to deploy and implement new features or processes
- Perform ad hoc analysis across multiple Supply Chain departments
Key Qualifications
- Pursuing post secondary education in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- SAP and Microsoft Power BI education and or experience is an asset
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts financial data and project management
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
