Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects. What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
2. Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise
3. Coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors and construction personnel
4. Maintaining accurate records, including daily site reports, quality control documentation
5. Providing technical support and problem-solving assistance to the project team

What we're looking for 

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field 
2. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
4. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail 
5. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality control procedures 
6. Proficient in the use of construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
