Infiniti of Tacoma is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead a high-performing parts operation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of inventory strategy, team development, and department performance while supporting one of the industry's most respected luxury brands.

What You Will Receive

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily Parts Department operations while driving profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Forecast department goals and objectives while developing strategies to achieve performance targets
- Manage inventory levels to support service, wholesale, and internal dealership needs
- Monitor inventory performance, reduce obsolescence, and maximize department efficiency
- Lead and develop a team of 5-8 Parts Department employees
- Partner with Service and dealership leadership to ensure timely parts availability and operational support
- Create accountability through coaching, training, and performance management
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership parts leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory management, gross profit, and department operations
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Experience working with dealership management systems; Tekion and WI Advisor experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive dealership parts experience, leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of parts operations, inventory management, gross profit, and dealership processes.
- Ability to analyze reports, interpret business information, and make informed operational decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and meet department objectives.
- Ability to prepare clear, professional business reports and documentation.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, including understanding of pricing, discounts, margins, and profitability.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and dealership departments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
