We are looking for a Commercail AI Specialist (m/f/d) to join our marketing team in Bremen.
Responsibilities
Drive adoption, activation, and operational integration of AI across commercial functions (Sales, Service, Marketing) by translating AI capabilities into structured, scalable workflows.
The role focuses on embedding AI into core commercial processes (e.g. sales enablement, service operations, marketing execution) to increase productivity, improve cycle times, and enable data‑driven decision-making. It ensures AI is used effectively, safely, and at scale, with measurable impact on business performance and capacity.
Main responsibilities:
- Translate AI capabilities into commercial processes, including AI-to-process frameworks and workflow integration.
- Track AI adoption and value realization by measuring usage, productivity impact, time saved, and overall business contribution.
- Manage a structured AI demand intake and prioritization funnel, converting business needs into scalable use cases.
- Deliver AI training and role-based workshops to enable practical adoption across functions.
- Define standard usage patterns, including prompting, context engineering, and Copilot interaction.
- Build playbooks, templates, and reusable patterns to enable repeatable AI use.
- Establish communication and exchange platforms to share information, promote best practices, and capture feedback.
- Monitor developments within the Microsoft AI stack (e.g., Copilot ecosystem) and collaborate with IT to ensure aligned, secure, and scalable implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Technology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in digital transformation, AI enablement, or process optimization.
Advanced knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI platforms).
- Language Skills: English C1 and German B2
Strong expertise in process analysis and workflow design.
High level of data literacy and ability to translate business needs into practical use cases.
Experience in change management and delivering training initiatives.
Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
Creativity and openness to innovation and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Occasional domestic and international travel required.
