About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Planning Manager to join our Project Development Services (PDS) team in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective project planning, scheduling, and monitoring for our clients' construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist in reviewing and approving Contractor's Programme and detailed baseline schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect current status.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and analyze potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
  • Implement and maintain effective planning and scheduling processes.
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing submitted Contractor's claims.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Management.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Office).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
