Your mission

As an Invoicing and Settlement Junior Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of our daily settlement and invoicing activities across the Finished Vehicle Logistics business. Working closely with internal stakeholders and our European headquarters, you will support month-end closing, maintain high standards of data quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of invoicing processes through automation and digitalisation initiatives. Your work will help ensure operational excellence, financial accuracy, and a seamless experience for both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Settlement and Invoicing

  • Manage the end-to-end daily settlement and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Process supplier invoices and issue customer invoices for Hyundai, Kia, and third-party business.
  • Maintain pricing data and verify invoice information with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare, validate, and upload purchase and sales invoice data into the LOTSe system.
  • Review invoice and system data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Management Reporting and Monthly Closing
  • Prepare monthly sales and purchase summaries and support the month-end closing process.
  • Prepare closing reports, post accruals, and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to management.
Invoicing Development (E-invoicing, TMS and Automation)
  • Support the development of TMS and e-invoicing solutions to improve invoicing processes.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities.
Work Instructions
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions for settlement and invoicing activities.
Data Improvement
  • Standardise and improve invoicing processes to enhance data quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Experience in, or knowledge of, the Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) or wider logistics industry is an advantage.
