What We’re Looking For:
A passionate and detail-oriented Room Service Captain who thrives on creating memorable in-room dining experiences. You’ll be the driving force behind seamless operations, ensuring every order is delivered with precision, warmth, and a touch of Loews elegance. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team, coordinate with culinary and beverage partners, and champion service standards that delight guests and elevate their stay.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily in-room dining operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to guest rooms
Monitor food presentation, tray setup, and delivery processes to maintain Loews’ quality standards
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and front desk teams to guarantee smooth service flow
Greet guests warmly, address inquiries or special requests, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
Lead, coach, and support room service servers and order takers during shifts
Assist with onboarding and training new team members; manage daily staff assignments
Conduct pre-shift meetings to share goals, menu updates, and guest preferences
Maintain inventory of room service supplies and ensure proper equipment handling
Enforce safety, sanitation, and hotel policies throughout operations
Regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include:
One year in-room dining or food and beverage experience in high volume, quality hotel operation
Thorough knowledge of quality room service techniques and standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35 plus pounds
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
