America’s Service Line, LLC., the private fleet to American Foods Group, LLC., has opportunities for a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic II at our Green Bay, WI location. We are searching for someone who is outgoing, creative, and dedicated to supporting our team. Fleet Maintenance Mechanics provide superior transportation service and support to our Over the Road Drivers which in turn allows them to better service our customers!

As a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic II, you will:
- Perform basic maintenance to include:
- Semi-tractor and trailer inspections and identify problems which could cause breakdowns.
- Oil changes and grease jobs on semi-tractors and trailers.
- Basic understanding of suspensions on semi-tractors and trailers.
- Basic understanding of ABS brake systems on semi-tractors and trailers.
- Basic understanding of refrigeration units and perform pre-trips on refrigeration units.
- Ability to perform repairs on tires and replace, if needed.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems on semi-tractors and trailers and able to perform repairs or replacement parts.
- Operate Company vehicles at terminal only.
- Work in an efficient, timely, accurate, professional, and safe manner in accordance with all Company policies, DOT, OSHA and other governmental standards and regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to work in a variety of work temperatures warm, hot, humid, cold, wet or with slippery surfaces at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Must be able to perform the job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to operate Company vehicles per DOT regulations.
- Ability to operate all shop equipment and Company vehicles.
- Must furnish own hand tools.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Must have basic mechanical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Paccar system.
- Class A CDL.
