What You'll Do
As one of the welcoming faces at Miller Orthodontics, you will:
Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional front desk experience
Answer phones professionally and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
Verify appointment information and obtain necessary authorizations
Prepare and send required medical records and physician orders for scheduled appointments
Help manage patient flow to keep the office running efficiently
Maintain accurate scheduling records and communicate scheduling updates with providers and team members
Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and professional
Collaborate with physicians and teammates to resolve scheduling questions and ensure excellent patient care follow-thru
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, medical office, or administrative support role preferred
Orthodontic experience appreciated but not required
