En Tigo Nicaragua estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Especialista de Canal Retail Transacción, una persona con visión comercial, pasión por la negociación y enfoque en resultados para llevar nuestro canal retail al siguiente nivel.
🌟 ¿Cuál será tu misión?
✅ Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para fortalecer el canal retail.
🤝 Gestionar relaciones con aliados estratégicos como supermercados, gasolineras, tiendas de conveniencia y kioscos en centros comerciales.
📊 Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave (KPIs) para impulsar las ventas de recargas, el crecimiento del canal y su rentabilidad.
🚀 Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y generar alianzas que contribuyan al crecimiento de Tigo.
🎯 Asegurar la correcta ejecución comercial, el abastecimiento y la fidelización de nuestros aliados.
🎯 Buscamos talento que cuente con:
✔️ Formación en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
✔️ Al menos 2 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales, manejo de productos o categorías, proveedores, consumo masivo o banca de consumo.
✔️ Manejo de Excel intermedio-avanzado y experiencia en seguimiento de KPIs.
✔️ Excelentes habilidades de negociación, gestión de proveedores y orientación a resultados.
✔️ Dinamismo, sentido de urgencia y pasión por los desafíos.
✔️ Vehículo propio y disponibilidad para desplazarse dentro del país.
