About the Role
Ready to take the next step in your career and lead from the front while helping others succeed?
As a Team Lead, you’ll serve as the connection between clients, your team, and program leadership. You’ll spend your time coaching team members, supporting hiring and onboarding efforts, and helping ensure a consistent experience across your market.
You'll work closely with clients, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and internal partners to strengthen relationships and support local market initiatives across your territory. Through regular travel (25-50%) and the use of Salesforce, you'll help drive accountability, maintain visibility into team performance, and ensure consistent execution in the field.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Get to Do
Lead and coach a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) to drive performance and meet acquisition goals
Manage pipeline health, Salesforce compliance, and KPI performance across your market
Conduct field coaching and ride-along to support execution and development
Support hiring and onboarding to build a high-performing team
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive program success
Identify performance gaps and implement solutions to improve results
Qualifications
What You Need
Required
Experience leading or influencing teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong Salesforce, CRM, and pipeline management experience
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned market
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior people leadership or supervisory experience
- B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience in a KPI-driven field environment
