Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full-time Line Cook to work at Grand Lodge, located at 4400 South 80th Street, Lincoln, NE 68516.  Grand Lodge has 109 independent and 10 assisted living apartment homes. The schedule for this position will be 11:00am to 7:00pm, including at least one weekend day. Holidays are required for this position.

 

This position will pay up to $19.68/hour.  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this job include all types of food preparation, including but not limited to baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking; and cleaning the kitchen. Additionally, assists in any duty as needed in the kitchen area

 

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Working in a healthcare kitchen environment is preferred.

One (1) year of cooking experience beyond the level of fast food/fast casual, working in a high-paced environment, is required.

Minimum age of 18 years old is required.
