Samsung's Ultrasound business in Canada is entering an active growth phase, and this role will be central to it. Reporting to the Head of Business (HME), the Product Manager will help lead the commercial and clinical growth of Samsung's Ultrasound portfolio across four sub-segments: Women's Health, General Imaging, Point of Care, and Cardiology.
This is a builder role. The Product Manager will develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, deepen engagement with clinical societies, and lead marketing events that establish Samsung's credibility in each sub-segment. They will also strengthen the clinical capability of Samsung's Canadian distributors through structured education, Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, and close alignment with Samsung HQ – ensuring the Canadian market's needs are understood, represented, and met.
Operating within a matrix structure, the role works closely with Samsung HQ in Seoul and North American regional resources, while reporting into the Canadian HME organization.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Management and Clinical Education teams while fostering collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Regulatory, and Engineering.
  • Create standardized processes, reporting, and communication frameworks that improve organizational efficiency and global alignment.
  • Build strong partnerships between SECA, U.S., HQ, and international regions to ensure consistent execution and shared best practices.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee product lifecycle management, demo assets, product quality initiatives, and commercialization readiness.

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across all four Ultrasound sub-segments.
  • Select and manage KOL engagement in alignment with common goals, research initiatives, and Samsung's broader clinical strategy.
  • Lead or support advisory boards and HQ-sponsored research collaborations that reinforce Samsung's clinical credibility.

Society & Marketing Events

  • Build and manage relationships with relevant national and provincial clinical societies for each sub-segment.
  • Represent Samsung at society conferences and coordinate participation in national and international events.
  • Plan and execute marketing events and outreach programs that build brand presence and clinical credibility in each sub-segment.
