Trade & Promotion Sales Team Lead CAU

Overview

The role is responsible for planning, allocating, and managing POSM and trade equipment in line with commercial priorities. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper distribution, visibility, and use across stores and channels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and managing the full lifecycle of trade equipment. The employee works closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and suppliers to support campaigns, sourcing, production, quality, and delivery. The role also includes leading stock audits, monitoring the effectiveness of POSM investments, controlling the budget, ensuring compliance with visibility standards, and continuously improving POSM processes and execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate POSM and trade equipment in line with commercial priorities
• Ensure proper distribution, visibility, and usage across stores and channels
• Track POSM stock and maintain accurate inventory records
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of trade equipment (request to write-off)
• Work closely with BCCA Procurement team on sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization
• Support procurement processes including supplier selection, bidding, and contract alignment
• Lead and coordinate annual POSM inventory and regular stock audits
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns and in-store execution
• Monitor performance and effectiveness of POSM investments
• Conduct market audits to ensure compliance with visibility standards
• Control POSM budget and optimize spending efficiency
• Work with suppliers on production, quality, and delivery timelines• Identify and implement improvements in POSM processes and execution

 

Qualifications

 

• Higher education, preferably in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales operations, procurement, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Experience with POSM, trade equipment, stock control, suppliers, or budget management will be an advantage.
• Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and suppliers.
• English/Russian proficiency at B1+ level
