  • Support the development, enhancement, and monitoring of Dual Risk Rating (DRR) models.

  • Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast losses, support credit decisioning, and improve portfolio performance.

  • Maintain rigorous model development workpapers and documentation in accordance with governance, audit, and regulatory standards.

  • Support CECL, DRR, and BCC model validation activities, annual reviews, performance monitoring, and remediation efforts.

  • Support quarterly and ad hoc CECL production runs, including data preparation, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Credit, Treasury, IT, Data Management, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement analytical solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain source code supporting predictive models, loss forecasting, profitability analysis, and credit risk management.

  • Communicate model methodologies, assumptions, limitations, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in credit risk analytics, quantitative modeling, financial analytics, or related disciplines.

  • Strong experience developing and maintaining CECL, credit risk, reserve forecasting, underwriting, or related predictive models.

  • Experience working within regulated financial institutions and environments subject to model governance requirements.

  • Deep understanding of finance, credit risk, lending products, and banking operations.

  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into analytical and modeling solutions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to a variety of audiences.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting both Consumer and Commercial lending portfolios.

  • Experience developing models used for CECL, stress testing, underwriting, loss forecasting, or profitability analysis.

  • Experience supporting model validation activities and regulatory examinations.

  • Knowledge of model risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Risk, Credit, Treasury, IT, and Data organizations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable analytical solutions.

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
