As a Retail Manager you will be responsible for driving retail sales while delivering 5 Star Customer Service. This involves managing and developing the talent and capabilities of your team to achieve optimal performance.

You will be responsible for delivering retail operational excellence to provide an efficient and effective work environment. By spending the majority of your time on the floor, coaching and leading by example to ensure The M·A·C Experience is delivered to each customer.

We are looking for dynamic passionate and motivated candidates with experience of leading a team in a fast paced retail environment.

ABOUT YOU:

⁃ Excellent customer service skills

⁃ Previous experience in Sales/Goal driven environment is desirable

⁃ Experience in leading and supervising people

⁃ Experience gained within a retail store environment is advantageous

⁃ Excellent communication skills, leadership, organizational and time management skills

In this role you will truly be the host with the most, entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London™ to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients and media contacts. Creativity is our day to day. From the signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting wedding consultations where you will help people bottle some of their most precious memories. From floral crowns to graffiti artists, chocolate tasting and cocktail master classes, our services and events are the talk of the town. As Boutique Manager, your role will be to elevate these events and draw success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, and ensuring all your team are aligned in the Boutique and Brand vision. The Boutique Manager role also requires for you to coach and inspire your team, ensuring development and allowing them to exceed their KPIs, as well as your own. Will have a passion for service and storytelling whilst being adaptable and versatile.
