部門の紹介
知識と技術（各国のGMP、ガイドライン、適格性評価、バリデーション、化学工学、スケールアップ、危険物の規制に関する法例、高圧ガス安全法、労働安全衛生法等）に基づいて、原薬（経口、注射、無菌、高活性）製造設備を設備化することにより、新製品の早期上市、既存製品の安定供給、生産性の向上に貢献していきます。
新製品及び既存製品の改良などのプロジェクトの投資検討から実装までの設備面でのプロジェクトを率いて頂く人員を募集いたします。
職務内容
新製品原薬の設備化計画立案と実施、増産への対応
既存原薬のコスト削減のための改善
査察対応新製品のFeasibility Studyの実施
新技術の導入（連続生産プラント、Aspenなどのシュミレーションなどを使用した検討
デジタル‐TwinなどのDXに関連した業務もチャンスがあります。）
Planning and implementation of equipment for new product APIs, and respond to increased production
Improvements to reduce the cost of existing drug substance
Respond to inquiries during inspections
Introduction of new technology (continuous production technology, Digital technology, etc.)
応募要件
経験：製造プラントの設備化または立上げの経験があり、下記のいずれかに該当するかた
① HAZOP（ハゾップ）又はリスクアセスメントの実施経験
② 結果を反映・実装させる設計を経験されたバッチ製造の化学プラント系の方
資格：危険物甲種、Nice to have：高圧ガス保安法
語学：英語 /メールのやり取り、読解力。Nicetohave：会議に出席して議論できるビジネスレベルの英会話
(入社後は、海外メンバーとも交流、会議出席、出張なども視野に入れます）

活かせる経験、スキル：
医薬中間体メーカーや化学メーカーでの設備設計の経験
GMPプラント設計の経験

出張頻度は時期によります。月1回から2－3か月に1回

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
