Summary:
The role sits within the Finance Systems team and focuses on supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of multiple finance platforms (including, but not limited to, Prophix, SoftCo, FloQast, and SAGE Intacct ERP systems). The role is suited to individuals with a background in finance/accounting or development, who are interested in transitioning into system implementation, process design, and finance transformation.
Qualifications / Certifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
Exposure to ERP or finance systems (e.g. Sage Intacct, Prophix, SoftCo, FloQast, or similar) is beneficial
Accounting qualification or qualified by experience.
Experience required:
3–5 years’ experience in Finance / accounting roles or ERP / finance systems / implementation roles.
Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting (e.g. month-end, reconciliations, journals, management reporting)
Exposure to system implementation, configuration, or support is beneficial but not required
Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support is beneficial but not required.
Good level of technical accounting knowledge (Chart of Accounts, posting journals, month end reconciliations, management accounts production).
Responsibilities of role:
Configure Sage Intacct modules and customize workflows along with other finance systems (Prophix, FloQast and etc).
Support the implementation and configuration of finance systems across the function
Work with finance users and stakeholders to understand requirements and map processes
Assist in translating business requirements into system solutions and configurations
Support testing activities (including UAT), issue resolution, and post go-live support
Deliver user training and support adoption of new systems and processes
Contribute to documentation, including process design, configuration, and user guides
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve finance processes and system usage
Contribute to internal practice development, including knowledge sharing and reusable assets
Desirable skill sets include:
Experience working with any finance systems or platforms (e.g. ERP, FP&A tools, AP automation, close management tools)
Interest in moving into system implementation, consulting, or finance transformation roles
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into structured solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, particularly in working with both finance and technical teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
