【教育背景】

-  本科及以上学历，金融、财务、法律、经济等相关专业优先

• 持有律师、信托等资格证专业资质者优先

 【工作经验】

• 3年以上保险金信托、家族信托、高净值管理财富经验
• 具备保险公司总部个险业务推动、外部信托机构合作对接经验者优先

【核心能力】

• 精通信托业务架构、监管合规及高客传承场景；具备总部全国业务统筹、渠道节奏推动、体系搭建能力
• 熟悉信托机构合作模式、具备外部信托公司服务及业务对接，资源协调及跨机构协同能力
• 优秀的沟通表达与培训赋能能力，能将专业信托知识转化为一线业务可理解、可复制的内容
• 良好的客户服务意识、能快速响应客户及一线业务的咨询需求
• 较强的研究与复盘能力，能从业务案例中提炼经验，形成标准化的业务支持工具与方法论
• 具备风险合规意识，能识别业务场景中的风险，提前预警并给出应对建议。
