Role Overview

 

We are looking for a Senior Vice President, Client Solutions to lead a Large CPG account and drive overall business performance. The role will be responsible for end-to-end business management, senior client leadership, strategic planning, team management, and revenue growth.

The SVP, Client solutions will act as the primary client partner and ensure delivery excellence across media, digital, and integrated marketing solutions, while strengthening client relationships and building high-performing teams across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategy

• Act as the senior point of contact for the client, building strong C-suite and marketing leadership relationships
• Lead annual media and communication strategy, AOP planning, and long-term brand roadmap
• Provide strategic counsel on brand growth, market share, media innovation, and ROI

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across media planning, buying, digital, content, and analytics
• Build high-performing teams, succession plans, and talent capability for marketing needs
• Ensure strong collaboration across internal agency units and group companies

Campaign Execution & Delivery

• Oversee integrated campaign execution across TV, digital, print, OOH, e-commerce, and emerging platforms
• Ensure timely delivery, quality output, and adherence to client KPIs and SLAs
• Champion data-led decision-making, performance marketing, and effectiveness measurement

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

• Partner with publishers, platforms, and vendors to bring innovation and efficiency to the
• client
• Stay updated on Market trends, consumer behaviour, media innovations, and competitive landscape
• Represent the agency in senior client forums and industry discussions

Desired Profile

• 16+ years of experience in advertising / media agencies
• Proven track record in client leadership, PCL management, and business growth
• Experience working with large agency networks
• Strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills
