POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Clerk supports daily inventory operations at the Bella Vista facility by maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and tracking materials, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring materials are properly stored and available for production needs. This role involves extensive walking, hands-on inventory management, material movement, and collaboration with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to maintain efficient inventory control and accuracy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Monitor, track, and maintain inventory levels throughout the Bella Vista facility.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Move inventory between storage locations, work areas, and departments as needed.
- Load, unload, stage, and organize materials for production and operational teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using spreadsheets, logs, and inventory management systems.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and low-stock items.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all inventory.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities as needed.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces in accordance with company standards.
- Operate company vehicles for material transfers as required (must have valid driver's license and clean DMV record).
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment after company-provided training.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets and inventory tracking systems.
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, receiving, or material handling preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and forklifts after training.
- Work may occasionally involve supporting shipping, receiving, and material staging activities.
