Description
Under general supervision, performs complex or specialized accounting functions in accordance with established accounting procedures. Analyzes reports and data. Provides advice concerning accounting and financial data preparation. Performs other job-related duties as required.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required. Three years of full-time paid accounting experience, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity, required. (Substitution: Two years of accounting experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking.) Individual must be computer literate and have knowledge of various computerized accounting software packages.
Ensure the completion of financial transactions within the service level agreement (SLA); i.e., CWD/NEORSD Lien Certification payments and adjustments, Underground Leaks & outlet leaks and moral discretionary adjustments. Complete all daily bank reconciliations Assists with the development/modification of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Working knowledge of Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Fixed Network Meter Read Reports (NWA), and Field Deployment Manager (FDM) Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
