Location: Austin, TX
Position Summary:
This will be the senior most leader heading up the Sales and Marketing department and will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategies from the ground up. Working directly with the President, this person will manage all aspects of the sales process and lead the branding and marketing efforts for the company, utilizing third-party partners where necessary. Your efforts will include overseeing the sales, managing customer journeys from lead generation to closing, and creating strategic marketing campaigns (having input on product design, elevation, floor plan, pricing, etc.) that generate traffic, boost sales, and create and elevate the company's brand presence.

The firm's business is developing and building high profile single family, mix-use, highly ammenitized multifamily master planned communities (typical deal being 500+ acres with 1,500-2,000+ homes across multiple phases).
