As a Luggage Porter, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to exceed our guests’ expectations. You will provide a seamless arrival and departure experience to all our guests, working as part of a vibrant Guest Relations team. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role!

If you’re our ideal Luggage Porter you will:

• Be yourself!
• Build rapport with our guests during their stay to ensure they have a great stay with us
• Act as a point of contact for guests if they are looking for local recommendations- a good knowledge of the city will help!
• Take luggage to guests’ rooms and help with any heavy items
• Work as part of the Guest Relations team to deliver on guests’ requests
   

Requirements:

• Valid EU driving license
• Excellent customer service skills
