針對合作通路高資產客戶(資產達NTD 30m以上之客戶)提供必要之協助,包含但不限於教育訓練、客戶說明會、客戶案件分析、洽談與保戶服務,以開發高資產客戶,並提供客戶合適之財務規劃與商品建議,以推動通路業務成長。工作內容:
- 1. 針對內部IC、教育訓練團隊以及外部銷售人員設定教育訓練計畫,並提供理財規劃、稅負、銷售技能訓練以提升銷售人員職能與業務產出
- 2. 負責高資產客戶專屬說明會主題規劃、內容產出、擔任客戶說明會講者,以提升客戶需求意識,進而促進業務產出。
- 3. 與內部輔銷人員(IC)、外部銷售人員(RM、通路輔銷人員)協作,針對高資產客戶案件進行事前研討、產出規劃建議,依據通路實際需求協助案件洽談與定期檢視,以強化高資產客戶業務產出
- 4. 高資產客戶相關之輔銷素材、定期市場洞察報告產出,以利前線業務推動。 5. 與內部相關單位協作,參與高資產客戶專屬商品開發
需求條件:
- 學歷:大學學歷以上,財稅、會計、地政、法律、財金相關科系。
- 專業資格:具備律師、會計師、地政士、不動產經紀人、不動產鑑價師資格尤佳
- 工作經驗:5-10年以上工作經驗,具備律師事務所、稅務顧問公司、會計師事務所、家族辦公室、不動產規劃鑑價、銀行理財專員、私人銀行銷售或輔銷實務經驗尤佳
