JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

To leverage data analysis and market insights to optimize costing and pricing strategies, ensuring profitability and competitive pricing. To develop cost models, analyze market trends, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support data-driven pricing decisions and contribute to Sysco's financial success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex costing models, using statistical analysis and forecasting techniques to predict future costs, optimize resource allocation, and support pricing decisions.
• Conduct cost scenario analysis and simulations to assess the impact of changes in raw materials, labor, or production processes on overall costs and profitability.
• Proactively identify opportunities for price optimization, such as price increases, discounts, promotions, and product bundling, to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Track and analyze the performance of pricing strategies, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Objectif

Exploiter l’analyse de données et les informations du marché pour optimiser les stratégies de coûts et de tarification, en garantissant la rentabilité et des prix compétitifs. Développer des modèles de coûts, analyser les tendances du marché et collaborer avec les équipes des ventes et du marketing afin de soutenir des décisions de tarification fondées sur les données et contribuer au succès financier de Sysco.

Responsabilités

• Construire et maintenir des modèles de coûts complexes, en utilisant l’analyse statistique et des techniques de prévision pour anticiper les coûts futurs, optimiser l’allocation des ressources et soutenir les décisions de tarification.
• Réaliser des analyses de scénarios de coûts et des simulations pour évaluer l’impact des variations des matières premières, de la main-d’œuvre ou des processus de production sur les coûts globaux et la rentabilité.
• Identifier de manière proactive les opportunités d’optimisation des prix, telles que les augmentations de prix, les rabais, les promotions et les regroupements de produits, afin de maximiser les revenus et la rentabilité.
• Suivre et analyser la performance des stratégies de tarification, identifier les domaines à améliorer et formuler des recommandations d’ajustement au besoin.
