Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective and current clients by phone

- Assist clients with account-related inquiries, updates, and billing concerns
- Recommend suitable solutions based on client needs
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain records
- Follow company procedures, workflows, and communication standards
Qualifications
- Experience in telesales, customer service, account management, or client support preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Must have access to a laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
- High school diploma or GED required
