Job Responsibilities
- Support the implementing changes, maintenance and any other activities related with security matters.
- Provide helpdesk support, ticket escalation between user and group tech support team, report of request, incidents, change and problem management.
- Assist IT project delivery on the related area.
- Support Line Manager in performing the annual review of the security assessment for the RCSA
- Manage the privilege access management system.
- Perform the annual review of the system privilege ID with all the department stakeholders.
- Support Line Manager in the ad-hoc required by management
- Ensure new project security assessment comply with IT process and support security to do local security testing
- Work with group IT security with the project initiation work
- Generate the report of the IT security field on the tracking list of incidents
- Ensure that the security SOP have been localized properly to comply with the regulator and group
- Perform a monthly, quarterly and annually review and ensure the security software and endpoint are up to date
- Ensure all the client’s computers and servers are up to date of patching
- Perform annually vulnerability scan and rectify if required
- Assist senior IT manager to manage the IT infrastructure and service desk
- Manager and control IT devices and server to ensure there is no EOL
- Perform yearly NBC TRM assessment and submission
- Perform other task assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related fields and Preferably having good knowledge and experience of IT management in bank
- Minimum 3 years working experience in IT including 2 experience in managerial role in infrastructure and security
- Understand the technology and banking’s application & IT project
- Experience in dealing with group level, management, and 3rd party
- Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good Leadership and motivation skills.
- Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
- Conscious of details and accuracy
- English is proficiency
