1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations. 2. Creates, edits, and proofreads reports, marketing materials, and recognition content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with AP style. 3. Supports the Communications Director in crafting strategic donor written communications that strengthen relationships and engagement. 4. Creates compelling content for digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with the Foundations brand and mission. 5. Reviews presentations, proposals, and event materials for professionalism and accuracy. 6. Provides communication support for Foundation events, donor visits, and special campaigns. 7. Confidently interacts with donors and leadership, ensuring messaging is professional and impactful. 8. Ensures naming opportunities and donor recognition projects are properly produced, installed and maintained. 9. Collaborates with designers, vendors, and facilities to coordinate signage and recognition materials. 10. Conducts research on fundraising trends and donor engagement strategies to support content development. 11. Gathers and analyses data to incorporate into reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance. 12. Oversees the production, organization, and inventory of print and digital materials, ensuring timely availability. 13. Tracks project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution of communication initiatives. 14. Maintains and organizes photo, logo, and donor files, ensuring accessibility and consistency. 15. Assists the Communications Director with scheduling, supply management, and coordination of communication projects. 16. Processes purchase orders, invoices, and check requests for expenses. 17. Assists with video and photography assignments, providing visual content for communications materials. 18. Helps manage multi-phase projects and competing priorities, ensuring communications remain effective and timely. 19. Provides backup support for key functions typically handled by other team members, ensuring continuity in communications efforts. 20. Performs other duties as assigned.
