• Operate automated and manual packaging equipment
• Load and unload pallets for shipping using forklifts
• Assist with forklift operations (training provided)
• Perform equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance checks
• Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE
• Work a schedule that starts Sunday evening and ends Thursday evening; overtime may be required based on production needs
• Work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate interest in long-term employment
• Perform additional duties as required based on team needs
• Climb 20–30 feet using provided safety equipment
• Demonstrate proactive and problem-solving qualities in plant operations

Requirements

 Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to understand, monitor, and regulate integrated production and packaging equipment
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing between 20 and 50 lbs

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Problem-solving skills
