We’re looking for an Internet Sales & Owner Loyalty Manager to help drive that mission.This role sits right at the center of our lead generation, follow-up process, and service-to-sales opportunities.Responsibilities:
- Manage our internet sales process and ensure leads are worked quickly and correctly
- Confirm daily CRM activities including follow-up, videos, appointment setting, and task completion
- Backfill the team on days off and help ensure no opportunities are missed
- Work the service drive as the primary Sales Consultant for Service-to-Sales conversions
- Identify opportunities with current owners for upgrades, equity positions, and trade-ins
- Help maintain accountability with the sales team regarding lead management and follow-up

- Strong CRM discipline and organization
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, text, email, and video
- Someone who can build relationships with existing customers and service clients
- A team player who can step in wherever needed to capture opportunities
