Essential Job Functions
- Perform assembly of electronic and mechanical components according to technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Operate production equipment and tools used in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of assemblies and systems.
- Support prototype builds and engineering development projects.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with engineering and production staff to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with mechanical or electronic assembly in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, or work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to learn and apply new information and/or skills. Must be able to interpret data, information, and documents. Other requirements:
- Occasionally will need to lift/and or move up to 45lbs.
- Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
- Work in moderate environment temperature and noise level.
- Regularly work around moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity. Noise level may be loud at times.
