Project Manager (Electrical&Electronic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, timeline management, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders
• Review technical specifications and ensure alignment with product requirements
• Support problem-solving related to design, engineering, and manufacturing processes
• Manage project budget, costing, and resource allocation
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Provide guidance and direction to engineering team members
• Ensure smooth communication between customer and internal technical teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in project management within technical or manufacturing environment
• Direct experience working with electrical or electronic products, such as: Electrical assemblies, Electrical cabinets, Wire harness assemblies (highly preferred), PCBA or electronic components
• Strong understanding of product design, technical specifications, and manufacturing processes
• Experience working closely with engineering and production teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience supervising or leading small technical teams (3–5 engineers)
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to challenge technical solutions when needed
• Fluent in English with ability to communicate with international clients
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-paced environment
