Context

To support SYSTRA’s growth, the Technical and Operational Performance (TOP) Directorate is in charge, among other responsibilities, with preparing “optimized” budgets that consider the resources of the various Design Centers within the SYSTRA Group.

 

Within the TOP Directorate, the Business Line System collaborates with the Group’s Design Centers and internal clients on all topics related to the Systems disciplines. Its main missions are to:

  • Define and steer multi-site production schemes within the Systems scope, distributed across the Group’s engineering centers.
  • Contribute to the preparation of major multi-site tender submissions.
  • Coordinate and monitor multi-site production projects.
  • Propose coordination tools and facilitate collaboration across the Group.

Missions/Main Duties

Reporting to the System Technical Coordination Manager, the System Technical Coordinator is responsible for:

 

  • Tenders
  • Contributing to the technical preparation of tenders, supporting the Bid team (WBS, methodology, risk analysis, internal subcontracting, etc.), to define optimized production schemes in coordination with the Group’s Engineering Centers.
  • Project
  • Deploying the project’s multi-site organization and steering the associated production.
  • Ensuring smooth collaboration between the production team, the project management team, and the Engineering Centers involved within the assigned scope.
  • Ensuring the coordination and consistency of deliverables across engineering teams, in line with quality, cost, and schedule (QCD) objectives.
  • Leading internal and external coordination meetings for projects under his/her responsibility.
  • Cross-functional actions
  • Contributing to cross-functional initiatives, notably the development and deployment of new collaboration tools.
  • Developing, structuring, and sustaining collaboration between TOP, internal clients, and SYSTRA’s Systems engineering centers

Profile/Skills

Education

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) / Engineering degree. / Systems engineering specialization

Technical skills

  • At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in multidisciplinary and/or multi-site coordination within systems engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical bids.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment and across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools, notably Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 

Language skills

  •  Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); another language would be an asset (Spanish, Arabic, etc.)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
