The focus is not project administration, but connecting the dots across multiple initiatives, forums, and stakeholders to ensure senior leaders have clear, coherent, and actionable visibility.Success in this role is defined by clarity, influence, executive presence, and momentum across complex, fast‑moving programs. Core ResponsibilitiesProgram‑Level Coordination & AlignmentOperate at the program and cross‑program level, coordinating across multiple workstreams, initiatives, and forums.Synthesize inputs from disparate teams and projects into a cohesive narrative for senior leadership.Identify gaps, overlaps, dependencies, and risks across initiatives and proactively surface them.Ensure alignment between business priorities, data/AI initiatives, and delivery efforts across the Americas Accelerate portfolio. Executive Engagement & EnablementPrepare high‑quality, executive‑ready (C‑level) materials, including briefings, read‑aheads, status summaries, and decision support content.Translate complex technical, data, and AI topics into clear, business‑focused messaging for non‑technical senior audiences.Support senior leaders by anticipating questions, framing trade‑offs, and ensuring materials are concise, accurate, and outcome‑oriented.Demonstrate strong executive presence and emotional intelligence, including the ability to read the room and adjust messaging in real time.Stakeholder Communication & InfluenceAct as a central coordination point across business leaders, technical teams, and partners.Facilitate alignment across forums by ensuring consistent messaging, priorities, and updates.Navigate politically complex environments to obtain inputs, validate messaging, and prepare leadership updates.Maintain a positive, high‑energy presence that helps drive pace and momentum across teams. Data & AI Contextual LeadershipBring a strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI initiatives, sufficient to:Connect workstreams conceptuallyAsk the right questionsEnsure leadership messaging is accurate and meaningfulExperience with AI‑related programs is highly desirable, though hands‑on development is not required.
