In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction while resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers via live chat to answer questions and resolve issues.Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company.Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.Utilise customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track conversations and follow up on outstanding issues.Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience and share best practices.RequirementsProven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment.Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.Nice to haveExperience in the printing or creative industry.Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.Previous experience in remote working environments.
