Elevator & Escalator Sales Manager

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with the following skills and motivations:

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably within the elevators, vertical transportation, or related industrial sectors.
• Proven experience working with vertical transportation companies or similar industrial customers.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage complex commercial situations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel as required.

Desirable Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience in matrix organizations and interface with regional or global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI-driven commercial management.
